Be Our Guests!!

We welcomed the Ellis' (Jamie's Parents and sister Dawn)a few weeks back for the 4th of July! We had such a wonderful time with them and wish we could see them more! We went to Baltimore on the Wednesday to meet them for some supper and the Orioles vs the Royals at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. We stayed at the Tremont and they stayed at the Marriott overlooking the Lovely Chesapeake Bay. We took in a game, had some cheesecake and went to Body World(We had to do something educational!). We then traveled to back to our home for a good old fashioned cookout! Randy grilled some tasty Brats, Burgers and Pork! We enjoyed the food, family and fellowship!

Randy had to work on July 4th in the morning and at the Stadium later but it was a lot of fun! There was no game but a fireworks show that was delayed for a little while due to some intense storms! We also had a great picnic at our neighbors Ron and Joyce's house with them, Steve and Judy and Uncle Joe and Aunt Marge. It was delicious!! We also got to see the Willey's Horses and Kittens and Mr. Ron took us for a boat ride on the Wicomico River.

We went to the beach on Saturday and had a lot of fun there. We ate lunch at Harrison's Harbor watch and walked the boardwalk. It was a little cloudy and rainy but we were happy to be together and see all the sights.

On Sunday we went to church and then over to Randy's parents for a Chicken and Dumplings lunch Yummy! We watched our wedding video on Sunday night and had a good laugh! It was fun to share all of those memories!

Our last day together was Monday, we relaxed, went to lunch and then shopping. Randy had a game Monday night so everyone went to watch the Shorebirds! The 'Birds won 2-1 in 11 innings! Our Guests had an early flight on Tuesday Morning so it was a sleepy ride(starting at 2AM) to BWI but we made it there and back in one piece!

We had a wonderful time and cherish the memory of their trip! We do have to give a big thank you to Steve for meeting the deadline and getting the bathroom done in time!
